Position Specific Training (PST)
This year BVA will offer position specific training to help all players specialize and improve their individual skills. These once a week practices will be in addition to the team practices and will allow players to receive specialized instruction from coaches specializing in their skill set and receive the reps and instruction to excel at their position. Position Specific Training will be run by BVA coaches.
For non club members there is a $25 fee per hour.
PST Training Every Wednesday Night at UNCA in the Justice Center
**Warm up starts 15 minutes before your allotted time slot
5-6pm 12 Black, 12 White & 13 Purple
6-7pm 13 White, 13 Black & 14 Regional
7-8pm 14 National, 15 Regional, 16 Regional
8-9pm 16 National, 16 Elite & 15 Elite
Jump Training Sunday Nights at 6:30pm
What is Jump Training: Jump training is open to everyone & is important for all volleyball players (not just hitters). Jump training will strengthen your core & overall full body strength. All exercises are focused on quick twitch and lean muscle building.
