Rec League

Our rec program is for beginning level girls ages 8-14 who want to learn the basic skills of volleyball and have the opportunity to play in fun introductory level scrimmages. Rec programs are held once in the fall and spring and can be an excellent starting point or option for players who were not selected to their middle school teams.

2025 Spring Rec League Dates Announced & Registation is Now Live 

Spring Rec League will be held April 7th- May 5th on Monday Nights from 530-7pm. Rec will take place at Fosters Seventh Day Adventist Church on 375 Hendersonville Rd.
