Kristin Peppel

Kristin began teaching young women to play volleyball when she was a junior in college in 1996, and  here college coach ran the local volleyball club. She’s been hooked on coaching ever since! Kristin has coached club volleyball for Harbor City Juniors in Florida, Eastern Panhandle Volleyball Club in WV, and most recently, Biltmore Volleyball Academy for 10 years. She also served as Head Coach for Carolina Day School from 2015 – 2024. She’s now been coaching girls ages 10-18 for nearly 30 years. During this time, she’s coached club volleyball for 16 seasons, run a volleyball summer camp for the last 9 years, offered more than 50 skills clinics, and individually trained nearly a hundred volleyball players in FL, WV, and NC.

As a player, Kristin was a 6 rotation middle hitter, and received 1st Team All-Conference honors as a Senior in high school. She went on to play at Casper College in Wyoming, and then transferred to Florida Tech, where she received 2nd Team All-Sunshine conference as a Senior and was ranked 16th in the nation for kills.
